The Bloemhof Bread and Roll Moulder Model 860L is a simple, versatile bakery workhorse.
Easily and with single-person efficiency mould rolls and breads ranging from 1/2 ounce to 7 lbs.
The exterior of the Oliver 860L DELUXE Dough Moulder is constructed with spring-loaded rollers. This works gently to prevent tearing the dough. The side guides are fully adjustable; while the polyester belt has 24 inches wide and acquired the approval of the FDA. It also contains a pressure plate storage bar, 35 inches long molding plate, and hand-feed under the bread plant. Oliver 860L DELUXE Dough Moulder is a single-person operated equipment that can be controlled using its Master Series Control Panel. This equipment is ideal for various kinds of bakery and pastry doughs. But with this control panel, it also includes an additional efficiency when processing artisan doughs. Aside from this, this equipment contains a variable speed that allows you to choose the processing efficiency and an in-feed guard with automatic shut-off.
