Chances are that if you currently have 480 volt service to your building you are already aware of it. All of the big shooters like Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster etc use 480 volt equipment simply because it is the most economical way to create heat. 480 volt uses half of the amperage that 208 volt uses and it is a much faster – much more controllable heat.
A lot of commercial buildings have 208 or 220 volt, 3 phase service but 480 volt is a bit more rare. If you don't have 480 volt power you won't be able to use this kettle so If you are unsure, please consult an electrician before hitting the “Buy It Now” button.

Like everything we sell, this beautiful kettle came from a government agency. The kettle was bought just before they decided to go to a central location for their lunch program food production. This beautiful kettle never left the pallet racking.

The jacket water is crystal clear and the gauge holds a solid -30 when not in use. There are no circuit boards that may pop and smoke, leaving you unable to produce. The kettle heats very fast and tilts smooth, safely and effortless.
