Description

This skillet's pan is stainless steel with a polished interior and coved corners that makes cleaning easy.
It has a 60 minute timer, solid state temperature controller, manual tilt operation and a 10 gauge stainless steel satin finish exterior and polished interior.
The skillet pan is 9” deep with etched gallon or liter markings
The heaters turn off automatically when the pan is tilted from the horizontal position
This skillet has a balanced design that allows the operator to easily and quickly tilt it to a desired position.
The sloped front of the pan allows for complete draining of the pan when tilted and the tilting mechanism includes a precision ground for smooth and long lasting tilt operation that has a positive control with a collapsible hand crank.
Comes with a four adjustable 6” flanged feet
