Groen TDB/7-20A, 304 stainless steel, 20 quart, self contained, table top, manual tilt, electric heated steam jacketed mixing kettle. Equipped with 14" inside diameter x 11" in depth product mix bowl, mixing and agitation arm powered by a top mounted 208v 1hp motor, pressure relief valve and side lever product tilt discharge. Agitation has on /off switch with temperature control dial for 6.3 Kw heater.
This unit has been tested and is in working condition.
All shipments are securely palletized, wrapped, and shipped after payment has been received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. An item will only be shipped after payment is cleared. Items are normally shipped within 2-7 business days of payment being cleared. Allow additional time to crate larger and heavy items.  Shipping time is 3-15 business days. Holidays, weekends, payment clearing time, packing/crating time are not included in the shipping time. Time of arrival (ETA) is ESTIMATED and depends on a number of factors, including carrier's schedule. Any additional shipping services, such as additional shipping insurance, residential address delivery fee, lift gate, etc. to be paid by the buyer prior to shipping. All additional charges arising from the buyer not being able to accept or unload freight at the time of delivery are to be paid by the buyer.
If freight arrives damaged, the buyer is to take the following actions: a. Note damages with a delivery person. b. Take multiple, detailed pictures of the damaged item. c. Notify the carrier's Claim Department. d. File claim with shipping company within 48 hours.
2.  All items are described to the best of our knowledge. The buyer is responsible for confirming item's technical and electrical specs with the manufacturer prior to purchase/bidding. DJTradeCo carries no responsibility for alterations, modifications, and customizations made by the item's previous owner/operator. As with all pre-owned equipment, it's not uncommon for the prior owner to alter equipment to fit the working environment or operators' style of work. The items being offered for sale by DJTradeCo are not factory refurbished nor re-manufactured and as such are not guaranteed to have original parts nor to be brought up to the original standards and specifications. Unless otherwise stated, all items sold are used, and as such, will have dents, scratches, chips, rust, discolorations, and cracks. Props, tables, stands on which equipment is placed to be photographed, items in background and foreground are not included in the sale unless specifically mentioned in the description. If it's not in the pictures, it's not included in a sale.
3. Warranty: We offer 30days major parts warranty. Major Parts do not include accessories, cracked or discolored plastic covers, parts that are commonly changed due to normal wear and tear: belts, seals, covers, decals, etc. Warranty does not cover costs of labor. ANY WORK DONE ON A PURCHASED UNIT WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION OF DJTradeCo WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED. The warranty starts the day the item is delivered or picked up by the buyer or someone on behalf of the buyer. The warranty will not apply when one of the following has met: a. over 30 days have passed after delivery date or pick-up date. b. the item was altered or customized by the buyer or someone on behalf of the buyer. c. on those rare occasions when we specifically and explicitly sell the item as “as-is no warranty”.
5. MACHINE SAFETY: It is the user's responsibility to provide proper safety devices, procedures, and equipment to safeguard the machine, or machines, to conform to Federal, State and Local Government safety Standards and all Industry Safety Standards. Indemnification: High Bidder/Buyer Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller of and from any and all claims or liabilities, warnings, or recommendations available from the original manufacturer, or by failure of the user to comply with Federal, State, and Local Laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. The high bidder agrees to these terms and conditions.
6. The buyer assumes all responsibility for installation of purchased items and training of operator(s).An operator should have experience working with the type of the unit purchased. If hard-wiring is required, the buyer should have a LICENSED electrician to complete all electrical work. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for safely handling, inspecting and verifying the operational quality of their purchases prior to putting them into service. The buyer expressly releases DJTradeCo from any liability arising from the installation or operation of the purchased item.IN NO EVENT WILL DJTradeCo AND IT'S RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL ORCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTIONWITH ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDINGNEGLIGENCE). THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF DJTradeCo AND IT'S RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES,OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS TO A BUYER OR ANYTHIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE SALESPRICE OF THE RELEVANT GOODS. Any dispute regarding these services or the offeror sale of the goods will be governed by California law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts located in Redwood City, California (if DJTradeCo is a party to the dispute), or the Seller's principal place of business (if DJTradeCo is not a party to the dispute),regardless of whether the dispute is brought under contract, tort or other principles. You hereby generally and unconditionally submit to and accept the jurisdiction of the courts as described in this paragraph.
