    This is DIRECT STEAM.
    NOT GAS. NOT ELECTRIC.
    This was used in a small hotel until it’s closure in 2020.
    Unit has wear from use.
    The lid bracket has been welded again due to it being loose over the years.
    No piping included. Kettle only.
    Lid has a hole that seems like it came like that from the factory that allows water to be filled to the kettle while the lid is closed.
