ALITTLE BIT ABOUT US IS WE HAVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO RECIEVE A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE MIXERS, OVENS, SLICERS, SKILLETS, ETC... FROM ABOUT 24 OF THE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARDS IN FLORIDA SOME IN GEORGIA AND A FEW IN ALABAMA. AND AS LONG AS THEY ALLOW US TO PURCHASE THE EQUIPMENT WE WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP PASSING THIS HIGH END EQUIPMENT ON TO EBAY CUSTOMERS. AND NO! WE ARE NOT EQUIPMENT DEALERS. WE ARE JUST A FATHER AND SON BUSINESS. THE EQUIPENT WE RECIEVE HAS ONLY BEEN USED FOR MINUTES A DAY NOT 10-12 HOURS A DAY, AS A NORMAL RESTRAUNT WOULD USE. AND NOT USED ON SAT. OR SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, OR SPRINGBREAK AND CLOSED FOR 3 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR. MOST OF OUR EQUIPMENT MAY HAVE SOME YEARS ON THEM, THEY HAVE LITTLE USE AND NO ABUSE! AND OF COURSE VERY, VERY WELL MAINTAINED.

This kettle is very rare and hard to find, this kettle is the
Low Profile Short Model

the best thing about this kettle is with it being short its to prevent people from getting their belly burned while using the kettle.
Please see picture #12 this kettle is in a very tight vacuum.
Prior to us getting this kettle the school had it chemically treated, serviced every year as part of a yearly preventive maintenance program the school had.
