ALITTLE BIT ABOUT US IS WE HAVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO RECIEVE A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE MIXERS, OVENS, SLICERS, SKILLETS, ETC... FROM ABOUT 24 OF THE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARDS IN FLORIDA SOME IN GEORGIA AND A FEW IN ALABAMA. AND AS LONG AS THEY ALLOW US TO PURCHASE THE EQUIPMENT WE WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP PASSING THIS HIGH END EQUIPMENT ON TO EBAY CUSTOMERS. AND NO! WE ARE NOT EQUIPMENT DEALERS. WE ARE JUST A FATHER AND SON BUSINESS. THE EQUIPENT WE RECIEVE HAS ONLY BEEN USED FOR MINUTES A DAY NOT 10-12 HOURS A DAY, AS A NORMAL RESTRAUNT WOULD USE. AND NOT USED ON SAT. OR SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, OR SPRINGBREAK AND CLOSED FOR 3 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR. MOST OF OUR EQUIPMENT MAY HAVE SOME YEARS ON THEM, THEY HAVE LITTLE USE AND NO ABUSE! AND OF COURSE VERY, VERY WELL MAINTAINED.

Up for Auction is a Crown 40 QT ( 10 Gallon ) Kettle, Model: EC-10TW ( Tilting ). 208 Volt, 3 Phase.

The Crown Steam EC-10TW tilting kettle is great for preparing soups, stews, or other liquid meals. It has a steam jacket around the bottom 2/3
of the container and can hold 10 gallons ( 40 QT ) of product at a temperature between 165 and 285 degrees Fahrenheit. This kettle is made of stainless steel and has a stainless steel liner to provide defense against corrosion and scraping. If steam water levels get too low, a cut-off keeps the kettle from being damaged
