Countertop tilting steam kettle is 2/3 steam-jacketed tilting kettle. Self-contained, electric. Jacket contains water, rust inhibitor and antifreeze mixed to protect to 30° below zero. Stainless steel tilt handle can be mounted on either the right or the left. Removable electric elements are field serviceable. 12 Gallon capacity.
This unit was purchased for a project and never used. It is mounted on a stainless steel rolling cart with heavy duty casters,. It has also been customized with a 220 power cord for easy plug-in and portability, a very rare feature for this unit.
