The Cleveland KET-12-T is a stainless steel, steam-jacketed electric kettle with a handle for manual tilting, mounted on an 18”h stand designed to allow for ergonomic use of the kettle. The 12 gallon size allows you to create large recipes of almost anything from stew, pasta, rice, chili or soup while being flexible enough quickly transition to small batches of sauces and gravies.  The electric kettle utilizes a self contained steam source to cook food more evenly and efficiently than a stock pot range, eliminating hot spots that lead to scorching. Water enclosed in the hollow jacket, which covers the lower two-thirds of the kettle body, is heated and turns into steam, allowing for an approximate temperature range from 145-260 degrees F.
The Cleveland KET-12-T electric tabletop steam jacketed kettle features welded-in heating elements that hold a vacuum better and won't leak or lose water. Its steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water, and is rated at 50 PSI, with a rear-mounted, color-coded safety valve.  A splash-proof, solid-state control panel allows simple, precise regulation and monitoring of temperature and heat cycle. It also features a low-water warning, a durable rolled rim that can stand up to abuse, a large capacity pouring lip, and a self-locking, marine-type tilting mechanism that prevents accidental tilting. The unit is self contained and only needs an electrical connection for installation
