CONDITION:
This Cleveland Kettle is in EXCEPTIONAL Condition, showing only minimal signs of usage. It was purchased from a local school system where it was surplus equipment because it was never used. It has been FULLY REFURBISHED including being cleaned, serviced and thoroughly tested. The kettle functions perfectly without any issues whatsoever.
You will have a very hard time finding a cleaner, better maintained example of this 80 gallon kettle. As with all used equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches minor dents or dings. Rest assured that if any exist, they are minor in nature, cosmetic only and in no way affect the performance of the machine.

The quad-leg Cleveland KEL-80-T 80 gallon tilting 2/3 steam jacketed kettle quickly cooks up large batches of soups, stews, gravies, pasta, and more! Its water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of even chunky products. Its welded-in heating elements are also better at holding the vacuum and preventing water leaks.
This Cleveland 80 gallon tilting steam jacketed kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots to yield consistently ideal results. A 50 PSI rating, which is higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance. Its LED readouts ensure easy monitoring of the heat cycle and water level so you spend less time watching the kettle and more time focusing on other tasks. Plus, its stainless steel contraction ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning! Its rolled rim can stand up to abuse, preventing damage to the kettle, and the heavy-duty flanged feet allow you to bolt the kettle to the floor.
The Cleveland KEL-80-T quad-leg 80 gallon tilting steam jacketed kettle requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection. 208V will put out 14.7 kW while 240V offers 19.6 kW.
